Where are the products shipped from?
Our workshop is located in Melbourne, Australia. All orders placed are framed and shipped out from Melbourne.

How do I hang the artwork on my wall?
Our artwork arrives ready to hang. You will need either nails or hanging hooks to attach to the wall.

Can I order a different sized piece?
We provide standard sizes as shown and also custom. Please send us an email if you would like to order a different size.

Where can I find information about shipping / how long it will take to get my order?

How do I track my order?
All orders can be tracked HERE via Australia Post. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Can i return my order?
We will be able to accept your return if it somehow arrives damaged or there is an issue with the quality. Please rest assured we have taken the appropriate measures to package your artwork as safely as we could. We treat each order as if it was our own.
Please note: We will unfortunately not accept change of mind returns. 

If an item arrives and the packaging or the item itself is significantly damaged, please take a photo or video of the damage and contact us as soon as possible. We will then pass on the feedback to our courier to ensure quality assurance can be maintained.

What are your rights as a consumer?
The products you purchase as a consumer come with a guarantee that is not excluded under Australian Consumer Law. If your product is damaged, faulty or non compliant with Australian Consumer Law please reach out to us Here and we will look after you.

What are our rights? 
We reserve the right to refuse a return in situations where we are unreasonably satisfied that you have purchased the product from us or that the damage to a product is due to wear and tear, misuse or failure to take reasonable care.
